If you have had the opportunity to interact with Raymond Toler, you know he is second to none. His positive attitude, as well as his willingness to help others, make him stand out in a crowd. Known to communicate well with his customers, he takes the time to ensure their complete satisfaction with any work he performs. Not only that, but he is also very resourceful, using salvaged parts, when able, to make repairs that ultimately save the department and the university money.

 Raymond has considerable prior locksmith knowledge and experience, which he generously shares with his peers.
