Project description

Appalachian State University (AppState) is accepting submittals for design services related to small renovation and construction projects.  The Open-End Agreements will be utilized on informal projects on as-needed basis for up to a two-year period in the following disciplines:

 

·         Architectural

·         Asbestos Abatement (Design)

·         Commissioning Consultants

·         Civil & Transportation Engineering

·         Landscape Architect

·         Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineering

·         Materials Testing/ Geotechnical Engineering

·         Building Envelope

·         Structural Engineering

·         Surveying
