IG Greer Roof Replacement Updated: | Proposals are due by 4:00 pm on Thursday, January 8th, 2026 at the Office of Planning, Design & Construction, 2458 HWY 105 S, Boone, NC 28607. Project Description Remove approximately 18,500 square feet of existing EPDM roof and insulation, associated metal flashing, and replace with new fully adhered 60 mil PVC 20-year watertight roof system. Project also includes building envelope masonry repairs and waterproofing.
