An open, non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders at 2:00pm, Thursday, May 21, 2026 at ASU Planning, Design & Construction Facilities Annex Building, 2458 NC-105, Boone, NC 28607. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. Project description The Thunder Hill C-store project includes the renovation of an existing space in Thunder Hill Hall to create a new C-store. The scope includes, but is not limited to the following: demolition of existing finishes; electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work; drywall and paint: merchandise shelving; flooring; storefront installation; and other related improvements. |

Project description Appalachian State University (AppState) is accepting submittals for design services related to small renovation and construction projects. The Open-End Agreements will be utilized on informal projects on as-needed basis for up to a two-year period in the following disciplines:
